Online sessions in the comfort of your own home

You may know exactly what is bothering you at the moment, or you may just have an inkling that something could be different. Even if you can’t quite articulate it, exploring your inner awareness through various exercises with focused imagination can bring you much insight, relief and welcome solutions. You’ll end up feeling so much better.

I will guide you to explore new perspectives regarding your life, memories, reactions and behaviours by using interesting, interactive exercises, which are ideal through video connection online. Our session may involve elements of exploring the way your mind maps various issues, resourcing your subconscious personal symbolism, memory reconsolidation, balancing your mind and body with coherent breath, integral eye movements, inner visioning and/or hypnotherapy in a tailor-made combination specifically for you.

Requirements

I work with you in online sessions via Zoom video connection so you can remain in the comfort of your own home, without the need to travel anywhere.

  • A stable internet connection is needed, preferably via computer or laptop rather than phone.
  • Both video and audio are needed so that I can see and hear you well.
  • You hands need to be free to move (i.e. not holding a phone) and your screen must not be on timer in such a way that it would black out after a certain amount of time when not touched.
  • I recommend your device to be attached to a charger so that it won’t run out of power in the middle of our session.

Before your session

Before I meet you for a session, you will need to fill in a confidential client intake form which I will email to you if you decide to go ahead with a session with me.

It asks the following questions:WhatsApp or phone:

-Briefly describe what you would like help for?
-What makes the issue worse?
-Are there any particular negative memories associated with this issue?
-How does this issue affect your life?
-If you have seen someone about this issue before, what helped and what didn’t help?
-If our session worked for you exactly the way you hope, what would be different for you as a result?
-What else would you like me to know about your life experiences or current situation, so that if I was aware of this, it would help me support you even better?

-Do you have any eye conditions? (eg. detached retina, recent eye surgery, glaucoma, corneal disorders)

-Have you ever suffered from or been diagnosed with psychosis or any personality disorders such as BPD?
(Please disclose these for the sake of your own safety as these are contraindicated for many of the methods I use in sessions. By agreeing to work with me, you confirm that you are not affected by these conditions.)

Prices

The price of a session (approx. 1.5hrs) is £108 but we can also divide the session in two (45mins each) as I have noticed sometimes this can work for the best. And also, because ideally I would work with you over two or three sessions.

After the initial session, follow-up sessions are £75. I also have packages available for a reduced price, if you want to book more than one session in one go.

Session bookings are only confirmed once payment via PayPal or BACS is received prior to session taking place.
