Online sessions – from the comfort of your own home
Whether you know exactly what’s troubling you or just have a sense that something needs to shift, working with your inner awareness can make a real difference. Even if you can’t fully put it into words, guided exploration using focused imagination can bring deep insight, relief, and practical solutions. You’ll finish the session feeling more aligned and empowered.
In our work together, I’ll guide you through tailored, interactive processes designed to create real change. These sessions are ideal online and may include:
- Exploring how your mind organises experiences and meanings, offering you new cognitive strategies to take charge of your own experience
- Connecting with your subconscious mind through personal metaphors and symbols
- Memory reconsolidation to release old emotional patterns and triggers
- Balancing mind and body with coherent breathing techniques – also excellent for pain management
- Integral eye movement processes for rapid shifts
- Gentle hypnotherapy to access your subconscious resources
Every session is unique and designed specifically for your needs.
Requirements
I work with you in online sessions via Zoom video connection so you can remain in the comfort of your own home, without the need to travel anywhere.
- A stable internet connection is needed, preferably via computer or laptop rather than phone.
- Both video and audio are needed so that I can see and hear you well.
- You hands need to be free to move (i.e. not holding a phone) and your screen must not be on timer in such a way that it would black out after a certain amount of time when not touched.
- I recommend your device to be attached to a charger so that it won’t run out of power in the middle of our session.
Before your session
Before I meet you for a session, you will need to fill in a confidential client intake form which I will email to you if you decide to go ahead with a session with me.
It asks the following questions:
-Briefly describe what you would like help for?
-What makes the issue worse?
-Are there any particular negative memories associated with this issue?
-How does this issue affect your life?
-If you have seen someone about this issue before, what helped and what didn’t help?
-If our session worked for you exactly the way you hope, what would be different for you as a result?
-What else would you like me to know about your life experiences or current situation, so that if I was aware of this, it would help me support you even better?
-Do you have any eye conditions? (eg. detached retina, recent eye surgery, glaucoma, corneal disorders)
-Have you ever suffered from or been diagnosed with psychosis or any personality disorders such as BPD?
(By agreeing to work with me, you confirm that you are not affected by these conditions.)
Prices
The price of a session (approx. 1.5hrs) is £108 but we can also divide the session in two (45mins each) as I have noticed sometimes this can work for the best. And also, because ideally I would work with you over two or three sessions.
After the initial session, follow-up sessions are £75. I also have packages available for a reduced price, if you want to book more than one session in one go.
Session bookings are only confirmed once payment via PayPal or BACS is received prior to session taking place.
