Personal online session with follow-up

This session is tailor-made individually to you, to help you exactly with what you want to change, relieve, improve or shift. A session like this usually takes anywhere between an hour or two, but as the content of the session is specific to the way you respond to my guidance, we may progress faster or slower so the time it takes cannot be fully predicted. As the session involves you interactively, depending on your level of focus, we may also decide to split the session in two so it's not too intensive for you in one go. We'll also meet up for a follow-up session to check how you're doing.
